Buying Process

ICW Warranty

The ICW provides 10 years warranty for newly built homes. Their inspectors sign off on every stage of the build to ensure the safety of you and your family. We have high-quality standards, so JW Nest guarantees the first 2 years of your warranty. This means that until you are settled in, you will be able to call our Customer Care team with any issues and receive a prompt resolution.

After that, you will be able to contact ICW for the remainder of the warranty.

Customer Code

We comply with the ICW Consumer Code and are registered with their insurance and home warranty provider. The ICW Consumer Code protects new home buyers by holding home builders to rigorous standards and best practices to ensure buyers are:

  • Given clear and reliable information
  • Treated fairly
  • Provided with uniform service levels
  • Have access to a low-cost dispute resolution service if they need it

Help To Buy

At JW Nest, we want everyone to have the opportunity to own a brand new home, so we offer a Help to Buy scheme for first-time buyers. With a low deposits of 5% and a government-backed Help to Buy scheme, many people can get on the property ladder sooner than they think.
