We are excited to announce that Phase 1 of Florence Park is in full swing. During this phase, we are building plots 1-19 and our target completion date is February 2022.
Buyers are encouraged to visit Florence Park and see their new home throughout the building process. We will only allow site visits during stages when the build is safe for visitors in order to protect your safety. At the beginning of Phase 1, that is when we have marked the property lines with pegs and have laid the foundations. Once construction is underway, it will be a few months until buyers can visit again. A JWNest representative will be in touch once the site is safe for visitors again so you can see the layout of your home and start planning your furniture and decorating.
Currently, all the foundations have been laid for Phase 1, but we have not yet put the “first fix” in. The first fix is what we like to call doing all of the wiring and pipes for the property. Up until the first fix, buyers are able to work with our designers to customise their homes.

Our designers can send you information on what features of your home you can put your personal stamp on. Here are some examples of what we have already customised for some of our Florence Park Phase 1 buyers:
- Added a kitchen island and breakfast nook to their kitchen plans
- Swapped the kitchen flooring from luxury Karndean flooring to tiles
- Turned the garage into a home office for car-free buyers (there was an extra cost for this due to the additional wiring needs.)
