We were delighted to welcome the Mayor of Callington, Mike Tagg and Chairwoman of Planning Committee of Callington, Maria Coakley to a tour of our first development in Callington.
The development will offer 14 properties for social rents/share ownership and 32 for private sale, all with smart home features aiming to reduce carbon footprint, 3 Phase EV ready infrastructure and increase quality of life for the future occupants. We offer the buyer the option to customise the final touches to make each home unique. This is a modern & accessible living space with rural surrounding and spacious garden.
Our Florence Park development is split into three phases. Phase 1 is in full swing, and we expect to finish the whole development in early 2023.
Mr Tagg and Ms Coakley were invited to view the four bedroom and two-bedroom semi-detached houses.
We were delighted to be able to show the Mayor and Chairwoman our new homes and pleased that they had the opportunity to walk into couple of houses to get a feeling of the house design. As our first development in Callington, we pay particular focus on young and growing families, we believe good and quality homes will make everything possible. We are proud to be working with the local community to make Florence Park a great place to live.
